Reflection:
I have always used modeling clay in classes, and I have always found the texture very pleasant. However, my perspective definitely changed with an activity the teacher did in class. She asked us to explore the modeling clay and create a figure of something that reminded us of our childhood. Immediately, a doll came to mind, one that was very special to me because it made me feel secure, and I took it everywhere. It was very sweet to remember those wonderful moments. She also had us do an activity using clay, where she asked us to make a figure that represented what being an adult means to us. I made a house and a car because, for me, these two things represent adulthood.
