Reflection:
In my reflection on textures, I know that they are very important for a child's sensory and cognitive development. The fact that they can experience different textures by touching them with their hands or the soles of their feet, such as pom-poms, feathers, and plastic, is the best activity we can do with them. I have a 9-month-old granddaughter, and I’ve been practicing with her all the lessons that Teacher Nancy has shared with us. What I can share is that she is a very intelligent girl because her parents strongly believe in stimulation, and they are practicing reading with her and providing her with appropriate toys to stimulate her cognitive development and fine motor skills.
